We are excited to announce an important update to you. From June 03rd, 2024 onward, we will be migrating our customer notification method from SMS to PUSH alert in our “K-easy” app. The following categories will be sent to SMS and PUSH.
SMS Only: Issuance progress until delivery, changing PIN number, late payment reminder, One-Time Passcode (OTP) for online transactions
Push Only: Transaction Approval, payment date and billing amount reminder, cashback winning
In addition, we would like to inform that if you wish to continue to receive the notifications through the current SMS method, please visit our Bank to make a request.
